Prices may be subject to change depending on the following: complexity of character design, addition of props, number of characters, and complexity of backgrounds.

I have the right to refuse work for any reason-- mostly if I feel uncomfortable with the request. If you are unsure if I will/will not draw something, see the list at bottom of the page, or ask me about it before ordering.

I can work from swatches of fur/minky/fleece from sites like Howl Fabric or Big Z Fabric.

I can make markings simpler or more complex based on your preference.

Things that I tend to exclude form fursuit friendly designs: gradients, lots of small & intricate markings, oversized wings-- stuff that would be difficult to translate.

As the artist I maintain the rights to upload/post commissioned artwork online, as well as display commissioned artwork as examples for future commissions.

Commissioners must be 18+ years of age.

I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

My Terms of Service may be subject to changes or updates, but will relatively follow the same guidelines.

Prices are in USD, and payments are fulfilled through PayPal invoices (please provide your PayPal email & I will initiate the invoice), full payment is encouraged up-front within 48 hours.

As soon as payment is received, you will be added to my queue.

Work on your commission will not begin until it is paid for.

Regarding refunds: Full refunds are only applicable before I've begun work on the commission, partial refunds (50%) if I'm in the sketching, lining or colouring phase, and non-refundable once the work is finished. Contact me first if you want a refund.

If I feel I am unable to finish your commission, or can't finish it due to uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

I work on commissions in order as the slots were filled, though I usually work on 2 - 3 at a time.

Turnaround time is typically anywhere from 1 week - 2 months (depending on how many people are currently in my queue).

If I encounter delays of any kind that will suspend my work from progression I will contact you about it.

I will send work in progress images of your commission to check if changes are necessary, after it's approved I will finish the piece and ask once more if changes need to be made. Larger changes may add an additional cost.

Communication for your commission can be conducted over Email, Discord, Telegram, or Toyhouse (commissioners choice), see my Contact & Links page to find where to reach me.

You can ask for updates on your commission at any time, just please do not rush/pester me.

You may post the art you commissioned anywhere you'd like online (Twitter, Tumblr, Toyhouse, Furaffinity, Instagram, etc.)! Just remember to properly credit me (werecatamount) for the artwork. I also recommend watermarking the art with your username or logo to prevent theft.

You may use your commissioned art as icons, banners, or other social media decor (as long as credit is provided), cropping, flipping, and filtering the artwork is also fine.

You may not reproduce your commissioned artwork for profit, merchandising, commercial use, etc. (This includes NFTs).

You may not use my art to train AI, or involve my artwork with AI in any way.

You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own, or take credit for it's creation.

You may not draw-over or trace the commission (except for custom character designs, which are OK to make edits to as long as credit for the original design is still provided).

You may not use art commissioned by/for other people.

You may not edit/remove/cover watermarks or signatures from commissioned work (all commissioners are provided with a full resolution, unwatermarked version of their commissioned piece).

Once it has been payed for, you have full ownership of the design. You can alter any aspect of the design (markings, gender, species, etc.), edits can also be made to the image (drawing over the image to change markings, add clothing, altering colours, etc.) but credit must remain in my name.

You may post the character & art anywhere you'd like online (Twitter, Tumblr, Toyhouse, Furaffinity, Instagram, etc.)! Just remember to properly credit me (werecatamount) for the original design/artwork. I also recommend watermarking the design with your username or logo to prevent theft.

The design may not be duplicated, copied, or split into other characters.

The design may not be made into an original species for further copying & selling of adopts.

Once it has been paid for, you are free to resell, trade, and/or gift the design.

If it was sold to you, the design may not be resold for more than it was bought for if it does not include additional art.

If it was gifted or traded to you and has no monetary value, the design may not be sold unless additional art is added, after which it may be sold for the value of the added art.

Once ownership has been transferred to someone else (sale, trade, gifting), you no longer own the design & art, or have control over what happens to the character.
